Alcasthouse 2008 is being organised by Advent Management Services, a business consultancy managed by Andrew Deeks, formerly managing director of SAPA's UK extrusion operation, who has worked in the aluminium industry for 20 years, the last 4 of which have been with Advent working in many sectors of the industry. Andrew is currently putting together a significant conference programme which will feature speakers and leading senior personnel from European companies working within or supplying to the aluminium industry.
